High quality furniture at fair prices

My wife and I just bought this beautiful country style couch from Fireside. We were helped by Raul and he did an excellent job. The fit and finish of the couch is excellent. Much better than our old couch from Pottery Barn. Delivery was on time and professional. Two thumbs wayyyy up!

Okay. I haven't had much luck lately dealing with retailers and their so called Customer Service Departments or Sales people. I wasn't expecting this! I found a table I loved on line and reached out to Fireside Furniture as they were listed as a distributor for the manufacturer. I had reached out to another retailer before that who was more local, but they never called me back. My Good Luck! I sent an email to Fireside inquiring about the table and received an answer right away. I believe the woman was Cindy. Please forgive me if I am mistaken. She said she worked there for quite a few years. She told me she could get the table and if I placed a 50% deposit I would receive it in about 8 weeks, at which time I would pay the balance in full before delivery. It would be delivered to my upstairs apartment and set up. The table came in and it was delivered just as stated. I received a call advising me it was in so that I could complete the payment and I was given a delivery date and a time. No constant phone calls to follow up on where it was or headaches. The delivery/set up person was just as nice as Cindy. I can't tell you what a pleasure it was to do business with Fireside Furniture.All I can say is this was one of the best experiences I've had in quite some time. My table is beautiful and I am very happy with the service and the product. Thank you Fireside. I would highly recommend you to anyone looking to purchase new furniture. I know you will be the first place I reach out the next time I am in the market for new furnishings.

Fireside Furniture was a great find with quality home furnishings at great prices and a knowledgeable and pleasant staff that is eager to work with you. Went in for sofa but purchased unique swivel chair and lamp so far.Found Fireside at end of renovation when already had sofa returned by online vendor due to too small opening. Was tired of “visualizing” a furniture feel online, high end furniture stores that didn’t sell from showroom and quality issues with the big R&F.

Love the furniture, bought a kitchen set and thinking about a sofa and chair. People are great not pushy and very helpful.

Furniture is sturdy, a good price, and I was able to get delivery sooner than anywhere else I had looked! While country is not my style, they did have chairs that matched my kitchen. They are a steal for how much I am paying for such a quality product. Customer service was really great there too. We worked with a gentleman named Raul who listened to what we needed and helped us find the exact thing!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Fireside Furniture. First of all, their store has something for everyone-classic, farmhouse, country cottage-literally anything you could want. I bought a bedroom set recently, and it was delivered within a week. I love it even more now that it’s in my house. The sale was a seamless experience-no hassle, no harassment from employees, and plenty of help when I needed it. The delivery was quick and when I needed help with a drawer after delivery was complete, someone came right away to help fix the problem (and turns out the problem was with my uneven floors not the furniture). You’re going to pay a little more than you would at a big chain store, but you’re getting real, solid wood, not MDF. I highly recommend Fireside Furniture!

Beautiful furniture the only thing it does is it takes way too long for it to come in backed up now for 8 months of delivery

Although I didn’t end up purchasing a bedroom set however Cindy was very helpful. She really tried working on the price to make it fit my budget. Excellent Costumer services and follow up! Will definitely go back again at some point for other purchases.

We found this store by accident. But so glad we did! The experiece could not have been better. Everything from placing the order for our dining room set until delivery was smooth. It's hard to find this kind of customer service nowadays and once you experience it, it feels wonderful. That's why I am sharing this on line. Great salesperson, Rauol, and great delivery people who paid attention to every detail and delivered our furniture on a Sunday!! Thank you.

This is the best furniture store around. 3 generations of my family have bought all household furniture here and for good reason. Don't waste your time at chain stores. Come here. The quality is SPECTACULAR! My husband and I bought a bedroom set here. It's made in the USA with REAL WOOD. So many sets out there are glorified particle board and vaneer. Not here. Plus, they run sales and discounts that are comparable to chain stores. You're going to get a quality product that may cost a bit more, but will last a lifetime. I'd only shop here for furniture going forward.Ask for Richard. He was great to work with! I agree with everything said already about sales people. Very knowledgeable and let you do your own thing in the store. They're hands off, but offer you all the support, guidance, and financing options you need to make your decisions. What a lovely treasure in Northern NJ! I hope it lasts another 3 generations and beyond!

Highly recommend! Their staff, Richard and Cindy, helped design my bedroom set. Its beautiful and perfect! The delivery men were professional and skilled! Great shopping experience start to finish.
